The Momentum Academy includes 6 main mentorship missions (plus a 7th mission on how to live your vision and lead with purpose) that can be worked through at your own pace. 

That means, you can build the vision and start getting your results as fast as you want! 

Showing up daily to the short 3-5 minute videos and 5-10 minute action challenges, you can complete in just 4 weeks. Without action, there is no momentum—and we’re here to get you momentum!

Through the action challenges you'll work to strengthen your mindset, implement the skills and actions in 10 minutes per day (such as visualizations, finding your 5 whys, connecting your vision to action, etc.) that you can do from anywhere through The Athlete’s Mentor Community App.

Once you are in, you are IN. There is no time limit for you to complete Momentum Academy. 

We suggest attacking the content in 4 weeks to create HUGE momentum toward your goals. However, a lot of athletes will do a video every other day or multiple videos in a day.

We know you are busy—that is why we made the program flexible for you. The missions are set up to build off each other at your pace. We know that athletes (like you) have the mindset to prioritize mastering the skills that help them reach their goals.

You have as much time as you need and once you are in, you have unlimited access. This allows you to keep reviewing the material and reapplying as you reset your vision while pursuing those “next level” goals throughout your athletic career.
